The OpportunityThe Corporate Controlling & Planning (C&P) Intern will support the Americas Finance organization with financial reporting, planning, analysis, and process improvement. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global finance environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams across North America and Latin America.
How You´ll Make An Impact
- Assist in monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.
- Analyze financial data and variances to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of reporting dashboards and management presentations.
- Assist in data collection, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives to increase reporting efficiency.
- Help prepare materials and analyses for management reviews and business discussions.
- Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SAP, or other financial systems is a plus.
- Ability to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluent in English
