Junior UX Designer | 35k + 2k bonus | 1 x a week in Surrey | Tech for Good

I'm currently working on a brilliant opportunity for a Junior UX Designer looking to kick-start or develop their career within a supportive Product & Design team! This is perfect for someone straight out of University of with 1 - 2 years experience.

What we're looking for:
A strong UX portfolio - academic, personal, freelance or professional projects all welcome
Experience with Figma, components and prototyping
Understanding of user-centred design, usability and accessibility
Exposure to wireframes, user flows, mock-ups and interactive prototypes
A good visual eye and strong attention to detail
Most importantly someone curious, grounded and genuinely keen to learn and develop.

You'll gain exposure to user research, design systems, B2B software and close collaboration with Product & Engineering, with direct mentorship and a clear progression path towards Mid-level UX Designer.

Structure: 1 x a week in office | Surrey
Salary: £35k + Bonus
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays/ option to buy a further 5 days holiday
