Join us as a MI Analyst
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team where you'll be responsible for enhancing, challenging, and transforming existing Management Information (MI) reporting. We're seeking someone who can identify opportunities within data, create meaningful insights, and build reporting solutions that stakeholders trust and rely upon.
What you'll do
- Develop intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions using advanced Excel and BI tools.
- Create a single source of truth by bringing together data from multiple systems and sources.
- Identify gaps within existing reporting and uncovering valuable insights that may be missing.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
- Produce clear, client-ready dashboards, visualisations, and management reports.
- Buildrobust, accurate, and scalable reporting solutions that are easy to maintain.
- Challenge existing MI processes and recommending improvements to drive better decision-making.
- Support operational reporting focused on productivity, utilisation, capacity, and performance metrics.
The skills you'll need
- Strong Excel skills, including dashboard creation and advanced reporting.
- Experience with Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Office Scripts, and basic SQL.
- Proven ability to analyse and interpret MI rather than simply produce reports.
- Experience combining multiple data sources and transforming complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of reporting governance, accuracy, and data quality.
- Ability to simplify reporting solutions and create sustainable, scalable processes.
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders and translating business requirements into effective MI solutions.
