We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented professional to join our team as Data Analyst & Funds Management Specialist.
The role will be responsible for supporting the definition, monitoring, forecasting, and governance of the main financial funds related to the long-term rental business, with particular focus on Residual Value Funds (RV Funds) and Service Funds.
The candidate will combine strong data analysis capabilities with a solid understanding of accounting and financial principles, supporting business decisions through advanced analytics while ensuring consistency with Group policies and relevant IAS/IFRS accounting standards.
The position will play a key role in monitoring portfolio performance, identifying financial risks and opportunities, and supporting local and Group stakeholders in maintaining the economic sustainability of the rental portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
The candidate will play a key role in supporting the definition, governance, and monitoring of Residual Value and Service Funds, ensuring the financial sustainability and profitability of the long-term rental portfolio.
By leveraging advanced data analysis techniques, the candidate will provide actionable insights on portfolio performance, support forecasting activities, and contribute to the identification of financial risks and opportunities. The role will work closely with Finance, Accounting, Risk, and Business functions to ensure alignment with IAS/IFRS accounting principles, Group methodologies, and reporting requirements, while also supporting the continuous improvement of analytical tools, processes, and governance frameworks.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis / Business Controlling, Fund Management and Data Analytics, preferably in the long-term vehicle rental / automotive / financial industry
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL, and analytical tools such as Python (preferred) or SAS. Experience with Qlik, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence platforms is highly desirable
- Good understanding of IAS/IFRS accounting principles, leasing accounting frameworks, provisioning methodologies, and financial reserves management.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of vehicle depreciation dynamics, residual values, maintenance, and remarketing is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

The compensation package includes a gross annual salary between € 35.000 and € 42.000, commensurate with the candidate's experience and skills
