Sr Full Stack Java Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support back-end services for data-centric applications.
• Develop full-stack features for Java/Spring Boot/Hibernate applications using Angular and relational databases.
• Collaborate with product owners, product managers, and architects to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Contribute to cloud-based services and solutions involving data warehousing, analytics, machine learning, and big data.
• Participate in Agile delivery, DevOps practices, and continuous integration/continuous development workflows.
• Support deployment automation and configuration management using tools such as ADO, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, or Terraform.
• Document processes and source code clearly and maintain technical records as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and help resolve system and data-related problems.
• Work closely with engineering and platform teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Skills

• Hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Front-end development experience with Angular.
• Experience working with Postgres or MS SQL databases.
• Background in full-stack development with testing and verification.
• Experience supporting healthcare or similarly complex applications.
• Ability to work in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud computing and cloud-based microservices.
• Exposure to data warehousing, business intelligence, analytics, or machine learning.
• Familiarity with deployment automation and configuration management tools.
• Experience with Azure Pipelines, CloudFormation, Terraform, Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.
• Experience with Go or Python.
• Claude or Codex AI experience.
