Gymnastics World of Georgia is seeking an experienced Competitive Team Coach in Preteam and Xcel

Our Team Coaches are culture shapers. They drive athlete retention, skill progression, and team unity while contributing to a championship legacy that has defined our program for decades.

What You’ll Do

• Develop athletes through intentional, progression-based coaching
• Create structured, high-energy, and safe training environments
• Mentor athletes in work ethic, discipline, and mindset, not just skills
• Communicate proactively with parents about progress and expectations
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain strong team culture
• Uphold safety standards and professional presentation at all times
• Contribute to athlete retention and long-term program growth

Qualifications

• Prior competitive gymnastics coaching experience
• Strong understanding of gymnastics technique, drills, and progressions
• Ability to spot safely and confidently
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• USAG Membership
