Sr. Product Manager - Foodics ERP

What Will You Do❓

• Define and execute the product strategy for Foodics ERP across the Middle East and Egypt
• Build an AI Native ERP platform deeply integrated with the Foodics Financial Services ecosystem
• Ensure the product supports end-to-end financial workflows for restaurants, from transaction capture to financial reporting
• Design ERP workflows compliant with regional tax authorities, including:
• ZATCA (Saudi Arabia)
• UAE VAT regulations
• Egyptian Tax Authority
• Other regional compliance frameworks
• Ensure the system supports VAT, e-invoicing, and regulatory reporting requirements across markets
• Develop AI-driven automation rules for bookkeeping and reconciliation to minimize manual finance tasks
• Enable AI-powered categorization of transactions from POS, payments, and expenses
• Design smart, AI Native ERP workflows tailored for restaurant operations
• Ensure seamless integration with:
• Foodics POS
• Foodics Payments
• Inventory & purchasing
• Payroll and expenses
• Banking integrations
• Build APIs and integrations with external financial systems where necessary
• Translate product vision into roadmaps, PRDs, and execution plans
• Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and financial experts
• Prioritize features based on customer value, regulatory requirements, and scalability
• Conduct market research on regional ERP solutions and regulatory environments
• Gather feedback from accountants, restaurant operators, and finance teams
• Identify opportunities to simplify financial workflows for SMEs and enterprise restaurant groups

• 5-6 years of experience in Product Management; prior ERP experience is a must, and Fintech experience is a plus
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience building products with tax compliance or regulatory frameworks
• Ability to work with complex financial workflows and automation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and finance
