Senior Data Integration Developer (Informatica)

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter
- Build scalable and high-performance data integration solutions
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical ETL designs
- Develop complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts and optimize database performance
- Ensure data quality, data integrity, and metadata management
- Perform data profiling, mapping, transformation, and validation
- Support enterprise data warehouse initiatives and regulatory reporting
- Troubleshoot ETL failures, performance bottlenecks, and data issues
- Integrate data from databases, APIs, cloud platforms, flat files, and third-party applications
- Work closely with business, infrastructure, security, and governance teams
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Support CI/CD implementation and automation with DevOps teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter
- Solid experience in ETL development and enterprise data integration
- Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, SQL, and PL/SQL
- Experience with Data Warehousing concepts and data modeling
- Experience with SQL performance tuning
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources, including APIs and cloud platforms
- Experience with workflow schedulers such as Control-M or AutoSys
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience working with Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Banking or financial services experience
- Experience with regulatory reporting (Basel III, IFRS 9, FATCA)
- Experience with Informatica Cloud (IICS), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), or Data Governance tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with Temenos, Finastra, Moody's, or SAS integrations
- Informatica certifications are highly preferred
