Tempur Sealy is looking for a strong Operations Finance leader to partner directly with our Manufacturing Team and help drive financial performance across our manufacturing operations.

This is not a traditional accounting role. We're looking for someone who can connect finance to operations, influence business decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and help drive plant performance through meaningful financial insights.

🔹 What You'll Be Doing

✅ Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

✅ Partner with Manufacturing Directors and Operations Leadership

✅ Analyze manufacturing KPIs and operational performance trends

✅ Support capital investment and business case analysis

✅ Drive cost savings, productivity, and efficiency initiatives

✅ Identify risks and opportunities impacting performance

✅ Provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making

✅ Lead and develop team members

⭐ Strongly Preferred Experience

• Manufacturing finance
• Cost accounting
• Standard costing
• Inventory accounting
• Variance analysis
• Manufacturing KPI reporting
• Capital investment analysis (CapEx)
• Business partnering with operations leaders

💡 The ideal candidate has experience supporting manufacturing or operations leadership and uses financial analysis to drive performance improvement, productivity gains, cost savings, and capital investment decisions.

📚 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• MBA or CPA preferred
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Finance, Operations Finance, Plant Finance, Cost Accounting, or related operational finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
