This is a full-time remote role for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment on-site. Day-to-day tasks include performing troubleshooting and diagnostics, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to clients. The role involves frequent interaction with customers to ensure satisfaction and operational excellence.
- Experience with Field Service operations and installing/repairing equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Knowledge of and ability to perform Preventive Maintenance
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage on-site tasks
- Previous experience in manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical engineering is beneficial
- Relevant technical certifications or a degree in Engineering or a related field
- Willingness to travel as required for on-site assignments
