The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Project Manager - Data & Analytics to join our team.

Job Responsibilities – What you will build:

In this role, you will contribute directly to shaping our future and creating tangible impact. You will:

• Lead and manage data and analytics projects from planning to delivery, overseeing the data analytics team.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate the data analytics team, including data analysts and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and deadlines.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and budget, ensuring alignment with defined goals.
• Ensure effective communication between the data team and business stakeholders, translating business needs into data requirements.
• Oversee data quality standards, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of information delivered by the team.
• Guarantee documentation, governance, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You will likely succeed in this role if you bring:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, including experience leading data or analytics teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong experience in SQL, Python, or equivalent programming languages (mandatory).
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Power BI (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Sage, Salesforce, and SAP is valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset, autonomy, and results-oriented approach.
• Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of Spanish will be valued.
