Job Summary
This is a people manager role with five direct reports, responsible for team performance, work allocation, coaching and employee development.
The role oversees panel data governance and nationwide vendor management, including panel sample recruitment, RDC query resolution, KPI management, and the timely delivery of weekly EPOS data (GSNR2679), weekly vendor data (GSNR1825), monthly EPOS data (GSNR137718), and monthly vendor data (GSNR19632).
This role is critical to business continuity. A prolonged vacancy would disrupt panel operations, delay key data deliverables, and affect the performance of both the internal team and nationwide vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Solid experience in Panel management, with proven track record of overseeing panel-related data workflows.
- Strong capability to ensure accurate upload of all T&D panel data to system, and capability to identify and resolve data-upload discrepancies.
- Excellent cross-regional communication skills to liaise with nationwide agents on data-upload requirements, including timelines and data specifications.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver data-collection skill training for agents.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills to manage multiple priorities and enforce compliance of data submission standards.
- Continuously optimize data processing workflows and improve overall data efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Familiar with the research industry;
- Cross-department communication and collaboration;
- Data accuracy control & standardized management;
- Business insight & trend judgment;
- Independent task delivery & multi-task management;
- Proficient in Excel for data processing, statistics and report making;
- Strong team player with good teamwork spirit and proactive working attitude;
