Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Finance Manager to join a growing organisation. This is a key leadership role leading a multi sited finance team responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and business partnering support across the organisation.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide financial insight and analysis to support business performance, improve decision-making, and strengthen financial governance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes across multiple business areas.
- Partner with operational and leadership teams to provide financial analysis, reporting, and commercial support.
- Monitor expenditure, cash flow, and business performance, identifying risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Deliver variance analysis and management reporting to support planning and decision-making.
- Maintain and enhance internal controls, financial processes, and governance frameworks.
- Identify and implement process improvements, including finance systems and automation initiatives where appropriate.
- Support audit, tax, statutory, and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Oversee financial accounting related to projects, assets, and cost allocation as required.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in a finance leadership role within a medium to large organisation.
- Strong technical skills across financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders to support business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Well-developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel capabilities will be highly regarded.
