- Develop new reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions that support operational and financial decision-making and address business reporting requirements.
- Respond to reporting requests, investigate data queries, provide insights, and work closely with business users to understand reporting needs and priorities.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and data extraction processes that support reporting and analytical requirements.
- Support data validation, documentation, data quality improvements, and governance initiatives to improve trust and consistency in reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, automate manual activities, and enhance data accessibility across the business.

- Strong understanding of accounting or financial processes and operational reporting.
- Demonstrated Power BI skills, including data modelling, visualisation, and report development.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and Power Query.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity about data.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

- Experience in FMCG or a similar operational environment.
- Experience writing and interpreting SQL queries, including selecting, joining, and aggregating data.
- Experience building or maintaining SQL views.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and data management practices.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, data migration, or business transformation projects.
