- Lead general accounting operations including general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, and statutory reporting.
- Oversee month-end and fiscal close processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage internal controls, regulatory compliance, and accounting standards adherence.
- Direct internal and external audits and related financial documentation.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and executive reporting.
- Drive process improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 7–9 years of progressive accounting experience across public accounting and industry environments.
- 3–5 years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, ERP systems, and financial compliance.
