Controller

Rapidly growing organization is seeking an experienced Controller as a key leader for their team.

This is not a “keep the books running” Controller role. This role will require someone who enjoys building, improving, and developing—someone who can take ownership of the accounting function while helping create the structure and processes needed for continued growth.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• CPA Preferred with 7+ years of progressive accounting experience

• Experience leading month-end close and financial reporting

• Proven experience managing and developing an accounting team

• Multi-entity accounting experience

• Experience with financial statement audits and external auditors

• Strong ERP experience—NetSuite experience is highly valued

• Experience optimizing ERP systems, improving processes, and strengthening internal controls

• Advanced Excel skills

• Construction, real estate, development, or other capital-intensive industry experience is a plus

Compensation: $125K–$165K
