Role Positioning and Objectives

This internship is designed to give you hands-on experience in corporate accounting, financial planning, and analysis. You will work closely with a finance team, transforming raw data into powerful insights and supporting daily operations, which will serve as a solid foundation for your future career.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assist the Finance team in daily accounting, invoicing, tracking data entries, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Build and update Excel reporting templates, cash flow trackers, and perform basic data mining to extract information for month-end activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different business streams to gather data and documentation required for ongoing finance projects.
• Maintain digital and physical financial filing systems systematically, supporting internal reviews and audit readiness.

What Are We Looking For?

• Current university student (3rd year onwards) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Good command of both English and Russian (spoken and written) to comfortably interact in a multinational business environment.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Office, with a focus on Microsoft Excel (understanding of sorting/filtering, basic formulas, and data structure; knowledge of pivot tables is a plus).
• A strong understanding of core financial practices, basic group accounting principles, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• A results-driven self-starter with high attention to detail and analytical proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
• A proactive "can-do" attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
