Finance Manager

MISSION

Ensure the proper accounting and financial management of the Group's German subsidiary, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, resource optimization, the reliability of financial information, and providing support for strategic decision-making.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director of the German subsidiary and to the European Finance Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all administrative, accounting, HR, and banking matters for the Group in Germany.
• Prepare and deliver all financial reporting required by the Group. Strong knowledge of IFRS is essential.
• Manage all legal and regulatory matters affecting the Group in Germany, in coordination with the Managing Director and the Board of Directors.
• Coordinate tax preparation and filings, working closely with external tax advisors.
• Manage HR-related matters and coordinate with external HR consultants.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• Monitor, control, and follow up on key performance indicators (KPIs).

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.

EXPERIENCE

• 5–10 years of experience.
• Previous experience in an audit firm.
• Experience in ERP implementation.
• Experience in the poultry farming industry, particularly laying hens, would be an advantage.
