This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you’ll lead engagements, mentor team members, and deliver insights that go well beyond compliance. Your days will be dynamic and impactful—balancing hands-on client work, team leadership, and forward-looking advisory conversations that help businesses thrive.
How You Will Add Value
- Provide strategic oversight of full-cycle client engagements for for-profit organizations
- Lead financial discussions, prepare for advisory meetings, and translate data into actionable insights
- Develop and review financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support client growth initiatives
- Oversee payroll processes and manage sales and use tax compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, systems, and internal controls
- Collaborate with internal teams across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience
- Mentor and coach staff, building confidence, skills, and future leaders
- Contribute to business development and marketing efforts that support firm growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field
- 5+ years of relevant public accounting experience
- 3+ years in a client-facing leadership or advisory role
- Active CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Experience with accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Intacct, or NetSuite
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- A collaborative, servant-focused mindset when working with clients and teammates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality work
