As our Comptrollership Operations Excellence Sr Manager, you will optimize accounting processes for General Accounting and Closing and Record to Report, implement systems, and define technical accounting policies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Close Management & Process Optimization
• Accounting Policies & Standards (IFRS/GAAP)
• Technical Accounting Research
• ERP & Close Automation
• Record to Report (R2R) Process Excellence
• Controllership Finance Transformation
• Accounting Policies
• Digital Finance and Data Analytics
• KPI Reporting for Management and Dashboards

Our ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Intermediate English proficiency required
• Experience at a publicly traded company with stock exchange reporting requirements
• Strong interpretation of accounting policies
• Experience with accounting standards such as IFRS
• Record to Report expertise
• Comptrollership experience
