You support our team as
Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)
Responsibilities
- Support site management in all strategic and financial/business-related matters
- Collaborate cross-functionally at the site level and cross-regionally within the manufacturing organization
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing costs in close cooperation with Production and Supply Chain Management
- Manage and further develop manufacturing controlling activities for two production sites (Norderstedt and Elmshorn)
- Perform product cost calculations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings as well as budget planning
- Conduct business analyses, budget-to-actual comparisons, and ad hoc analyses to support management decision-making
- Take responsibility for capital expenditure (CapEx) controlling, including management and monitoring of the investment budget at Chem-Trend Europe level
- Network with all FCS Business Partners
- Actively contribute to the Chem-Trend Europe Finance Business Partner team
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a related field
- Several years of experience in controlling/financial management
- Positive and solution-oriented approach to work
- Confident presence combined with a high level of initiative
- Independent, analytical, and structured working style with strong attention to quality
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Excellent knowledge of SAP FI/CO, preferably SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
