You will play a key role in delivering data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics, automation, and modern data platforms to enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with cross-functional teams on enterprise-scale campaigns while utilizing cutting-edge technologies including SQL, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate marketing and business requirements into SQL-based audience selections, targeting rules, and campaign fulfilment logic.
• Own end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, quality controls, and data integrity throughout delivery.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and commercial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics using Power BI and Snowflake.
• Identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and enhance campaign execution, reporting, and measurement processes.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable campaign solutions.
• Clearly communicate campaign logic, assumptions, risks, and outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in campaign management, campaign analytics, or marketing operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL for audience segmentation and campaign targeting.
• Experience working with Snowflake and Power BI for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong understanding of customer data, campaign execution, and marketing analytics.
• Experience working with large datasets while maintaining high levels of data quality and governance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business and technical audiences.

Preferred Experience

• Experience within banking, financial services, payments, or large enterprise environments.
• Exposure to campaign automation and customer engagement platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional delivery teams.
