Cold Caller and Appointment Setter (Construction Industry) Company: Virtual Construction Assistants (VCA) Location: Remote (Philippine-based candidates) Employment Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor About the Role VCA is looking for a sharp, persistent Cold Caller to join our team, the person who makes first contact, sparks interest, and sets the stage for our sales team to close. You'll be the first voice a prospect hears from us, so confidence, clarity, and resilience matter more than a script. What You'll Do - Make outbound calls to prospective clients in the construction space - Qualify leads and identify decision-makers - Deliver a compelling opening pitch and handle early objections - Book qualified leads for the sales team - Log call outcomes and lead status accurately in the CRM (HubSpot) - Hit daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets What We're Looking For - Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting (US market experience is a plus) - Excellent spoken English - Comfortable with rejection and quick to move to the next call - Strong listening skills and ability to think on your feet - Basic CRM/data entry familiarity - Reliable internet connection and quiet home work setup - Available to work US business hours Nice to Have - Familiarity with construction, real estate, or property management terminology - Previous B2B sales support experience Salary: $200+ / week
