The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Senior Software Engineer (.NET + Vue).

• You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Deep expertise in C# and .NET with extensive experience building production software.
• Proven experience developing modern web applications with Vue, with strong React or Angular experience also considered.
• Strong experience designing, deploying, and operating production systems on Microsoft Azure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost optimization.
• Solid background working with SQL Server, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools as a core part of the software engineering workflow.
• Proven experience using AI tools for activities such as prototyping, code generation, testing, debugging, refactoring, and technical documentation.
• Strong experience writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested production code.
• Experience participating actively in code reviews and maintaining high engineering quality standards.
• Strong collaboration skills and a product-minded approach, with experience partnering directly with Product, Design, and Customer Success.
• Experience mentoring engineers and participating in pair programming or collaborative development.
• Familiarity with CRM or other data-intensive platforms is a plus.
• Experience with Datadog, Playwright, or similar observability and testing tools is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD and frequent production deployments is a plus.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
