Accountant

Accountant Job in Ixonia Area

A rapidly-growing real estate/healthcare company is looking to add a new Accountant to their team. This position will get to take advantage of a flexible/hybrid schedule!

Job Duties:

• Assisting in the preparation of monthly financials, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Prepare, record and file monthly sales tax reporting
• Maintain financial records
• Assist in budgeting process
• Assist with developing and implementing accounting procedures by analyzing current procedures and recommending changes
• Review cash flow for any irregular activity or cash needs
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem solving and process improvement mindset
