At Uniplay, our vision is simple: Make Corporate Learning Fun.

We're building something different — an AI-native company where games, data, and hyper-personalisation redefine how people learn and grow at work.

Our product blends games, behavioral data, and AI agents into a living learning experience that adapts to employees and evolves with every organisation. We care less about titles and more about people who create, collaborate, and push limits.

We Need Someone Who Can Build, Not Just Monitor.

What We Do

Our Masterbrain — a cluster of AI agents — transforms training into adaptive, personalized games. Sales teams use it to learn faster. HR teams use it to prove people actually learned something, not just sat through a video.

The behavioral data from every game is our moat.

What You'll Do

  • Build the product with the team — hands-on, every day. You sit close to engineers, designers, and sales.
  • Understand agent-driven behavior — you know how our AI agents should work and how to design around them so it feels natural.
  • Think in KPIs and experiments — you know the difference between "we shipped" and "it actually matters." Completion rates, time in app, behavioral progression.
  • Be sales and CS's best friend — you understand what customers need before they ask. You turn feedback into features.
  • Take initiative without permission — you see a problem, you prototype, you test, you ship. Fast.
  • Love people. Be extroverted. You pull people into conversations. You make others better.
  • Communicate clearly — same idea, different language. From engineers to CROs to customers.

Who You Are

  • 4-5 years of product leadership experience — or you built something from zero that taught you what matters. Ambition beats CV.
  • You've worked on agent-driven or AI-native products — you understand how agentic behavior works and why it matters.
  • Design, UX, UI chops — you can sketch a flow or understand what an API does.
  • Metrics mindset — you think in experiments and outcomes. You make decisions based on data.
  • You read people — you know when to push, when to listen. You get others to follow.
  • You care about learning — this is a learning product. You care that people actually learn.
  • Fluent Swedish and English.

This Matters a Lot to Us

  • Product you've shipped — we'd love to see something real you've built and hear the story behind it.
  • Experience with AI-native products — agents, automation, adaptive systems. Tell us what you've built or shaped.
  • How you think — a strategy, a decision, a trade-off you made. We care more about your reasoning than your title.

Practical

  • Hybrid in Stockholm — 3-4 days/week in the office. We build together.
  • You own a product area from day one — this isn't a waiting game.

Why Uniplay

Corporate learning is broken. Organizations waste billions on training that doesn't stick.

We're building the bridge. Games that teach. AI that adapts. Data that proves it works.

If you believe learning can be transformed, if you like building with smart people, if you want to ship something that matters — this is it.
