JD: Business analyst Key Skills and Experiences
- 3+ years of hands-on experience working with requirements and design to deliver complex data solutions.
- Preferably background from Banking, with understanding of bank data and data delivery in a regulated environment
- Very good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) with proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams and drive discussions with architects and engineers to jointly design solutions and solve problems
- Has experience from working with data related topics such as data sourcing, transformation rules, data quality rules, data privacy considerations and data delivery agreements.
- Can take on and independently drive their own subset of activities
- Experience from testing and quality assuring data deliveries
- Quick to grasp new concepts, fast learning curve will be needed
- Structured work approach
Technical Proficiencies
- Languages: SQL
- Tools & Platforms: AbInitio metadata hub or other Data Catalogue tool
- Experience from data warehousing or analytics tools is meriting
