Job Details

What You'll Do
Build and enhance SQL Server database solutions supporting high-volume business applications.
Create and maintain T-SQL code, stored procedures, functions, views, and database objects.
Design and modify database schemas to support evolving application and business requirements.
Analyze existing SQL code and identify opportunities to improve query performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot database and application issues and work with development teams to identify root causes.
Develop and maintain processes that move and transform data between applications and databases.
Work within a Microsoft Azure environment, supporting cloud-based SQL databases and related services.
Collaborate with software developers on database architecture, application functionality, and technical solutions.
Participate in database integrations, migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
Help establish standards around database development, data integrity, documentation, and performance.
Support multiple databases across development, testing, and production environments.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement and scalability of the company's data platform.

What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in SQL development, database development, or a related technical role.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.
Demonstrated experience developing stored procedures, functions, views, tables, and schemas.
Solid understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
Experience with SQL performance tuning, including execution plans, indexing, and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, preferably Azure SQL or similar cloud database technologies.
Experience working with ETL, data integration, or database-to-application data flows.
Comfortable working alongside software developers and technical teams.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
Experience with database migrations, application integrations, or modernization projects is highly valued.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
U.S. Citizenship/Green Card required.
