Job Details

We are seeking a hands-on Controller to join a growing, privately held behavioral healthcare organization. This newly created role will report directly to the CFO/Owner and take ownership of accounting across a growing multi-entity operation.

Responsibilities
Own month-end close and financial reporting
Manage multi-entity consolidations and intercompany activity
Oversee cash flow, AP, reconciliations, and payroll accounting
Partner with billing on revenue cycle, AR, and collections
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop reporting, KPIs, and internal controls
Coordinate tax and audit matters with external CPAs
Supervise accounting staff

Qualifications
Active CPA required
Strong hands-on accounting and Controller-level experience
Multi-entity accounting experience preferred
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in mental healthcare
