Consumer & Auto Finance Analytics and Strategic Planning Supervisor

About the Job (Key Responsibilities):

• Setting up business units P&L, budget, and financial forecasts referring to Consumer Finance product activities in compliance with shareholders’ profit share structure
• Perform strategic studies and statistical analyses for Retail & Private Banking products structure sharing with Turkish and French shareholders
• Developing pricing strategies and managing AI/ML models to optimize income and risk for Cash& Auto Loans according to market rates patterns
• Data Management of the department, increasing the speed and depth of access to data and creating insights
• Supervise budget planning and ensure overall project coordination
• Collaborate with critical financial risk management departments such as Risk Management, Asset-Liability Management (ALM), and Finance

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics
• New graduate or 1 year work experience in credit analytics, risk analysis, or financial planning
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, or similar data analysis tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset

This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
