We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Financial Controller to execute our IFRS reporting and monthly closing processes in a fast-growing international company.

Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly solo and consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring strict adherence to tight reporting deadlines and reporting to international stakeholders.
• Performing consolidation processes for newly established and future subsidiaries.
• Reviewing monthly trial balances and accounting records to ensure accuracy and completeness prior to reporting.
• Preparing and analyzing monthly management reports, including variance and performance analysis.
• Reviewing and reconciling financial and operational data received from cross-functional teams to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Collaborating with external auditors and consultants during audit/consultancy processes.
• Identifying financial risks, root causes of discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.
• Contributing to process improvements, automation initiatives, and efficiency enhancements within finance operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, financial controlling, financial reporting, or related finance functions.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of IFRS reporting.
• Solid experience in consolidation processes.
• Proven experience working under strict reporting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of local GAAP.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – ability to report to international stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Experience in the start-up and/or gaming industry is a plus.
