Data Analyst

Job Description

• Analyze business unit requirements and design, develop, and continuously improve business intelligence solutions.
• Ensure the effective execution of data collection, processing, and reporting processes.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy, consistency, and sustainability of data sets.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions using business intelligence platforms.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Reporting, and Decision Support Systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proven ability to utilize it effectively in data analysis processes.
• Experience in developing applications and creating reports using at least one Business Intelligence platform, such as Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar tools.
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in data analysis, data modeling, and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a results-oriented and quality-focused approach.
• Strong planning, organizational, and process management skills.
• Team player with effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate successfully with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or advanced analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures, such as Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Data Lake technologies.
• Professional experience in the retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), or similar fast-paced industries.
