Responsibilities



Risk Identification & Compliance Assessment

  • Conduct systematic risk assessments across all business units to pinpoint compliance exposures and control gaps, with concentrated emphasis on high-risk operational domains and end-to-end process enhancements.


Audit Planning & Program Execution

  • Develop and execute the annual risk-based audit plan that aligns with organizational strategic priorities.
  • Allocate audit resources for specialized review engagements, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and enforce adherence to audit quality benchmarks.
  • Drive enterprise-wide policy and procedural improvements, ensuring timely remediation of identified findings and appropriate accountability for policy violations.


Cross-Functional Compliance Oversight

  • Supervise business units‘ compliance initiative design and rule-making activities.
  • Execute rotational inspection programs and targeted special reviews while monitoring the effectiveness of departmental risk assessments and self-testing protocols.


Strategic Advisory on Cost Efficiency

  • Conduct systematic reviews focused on identifying cost reduction levers and efficiency optimization opportunities across strategically significant business areas and high-risk zones.
  • Diagnose recurring management and procedural deficiencies, formulate actionable remediation recommendations, and partner with operational leadership to drive implementation, ultimately strengthening corporate profitability and margin performance.


Transaction Monitoring & Fraud Prevention

  • Implement robust scrutiny protocols for significant corporate transactions to detect fraud patterns and compliance breaches.
  • Guide business partners in preventing systemic major risk exposures and closing remediation loops, thereby enabling reliable achievement of business objectives.


Team Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead team administration, including resource allocation planning and workload balancing.
  • Continuously strengthen team members' professional competencies through coaching and training, cultivate departmental talent, and establish a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Qualifications


    • Master‘s degree or higher (field of study open).


    Required Skills


    • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in internal audit and/or internal control functions, with deep subject-matter expertise in corporate risk management, business process design, and operational protocols.
    • At least 10 years in senior team leadership roles with demonstrated ability to perform under high-pressure environments.


    Preferred Skills


    • CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, or other relevant professional designations are strongly preferred.
