About The Business

Control Assurance is focused on Control related advisory services, including Internal Audit, IPO Control Readiness, Financial Control Testing, Data Governance and Internal Controls / Finance /Digital Transformation with technology tools and assets. Through this we help clients to build resilience, confidence and trust in their systems, processes and internal controls.

Work You'll Do

• Focus on providing management consulting services to central enterprises, state-owned enterprises, financial institutions, and other large organizations in the areas of data governance and control, data management framework assessment, regulatory compliance reporting, data asset system construction, and data entry into financial statements.
• Support clients in digital transformation initiatives with expertise in data management, data applications, and data algorithm research.
• Effective organization and full exchange of internal and external information resources based on customer needs to ensure high quality delivery of projects.
• Assist project managers/AIC to effectively manage customer resources and follow business opportunities.

We are looking for someone with

To be considered for this position, you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas:

• In-depth understanding of enterprise data management—including data strategy, data standards, data quality, metadata, data requirements, and external data—along with practical experience in data asset inventory, data entry into financial statements, and regulatory reporting for financial institutions; or hands-on experience in data applications (e.g., marketing, risk management, operational metrics); or proven expertise in AI model algorithms applied to business domains such as marketing and risk management.
• Ability to build and apply a strong knowledge of methodologies, frameworks, processes, assets, and tools to develop and implement effective data driven solutions.
• More than three years’ experience in global consulting firms with a focus on data management, experience in Big 4 with a focus on data management consulting, risk advisory or audit, experience in large enterprise groups (especially foreign-funded enterprises) with a focus on data related fields are preferred.
• Demonstrate digital dexterity and ability to rapidly adopt new technologies or creative solutions to solve problems
• Good planning and organizational skills, able to handle multi-tasks and cope with stress
• Good interpersonal skill, written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese
• Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting related major and certification of CPA、CDMP、CDGA、CDGP are preferred
• Willing to travel as needed.
