- Implement, maintain, and enhance Data Warehouse solutions to support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
- Develop and optimize advanced SQL/T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models, with a strong focus on performance tuning and optimization.
- Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and ETL processes.
- Design and implement data integration and transformation solutions from multiple data sources into the Data Warehouse.
- Develop and maintain BI and reporting solutions to support business and analytics needs.
- Design and maintain appropriate data models, tables, views, and data structures for reporting and analytical purposes.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data and ETL issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, Business Analysts, and technical teams to gather, clarify, and translate analytics requirements into technical BI solutions.
- Apply strong Life Insurance domain knowledge to understand business processes, data structures, and reporting requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy, reliability, performance, and maintainability of BI and Data Warehouse solutions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data integration, reporting, and BI development processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related technical field.
- From 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Business Intelligence Developer, Data Warehouse Developer, or similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Data Warehouse implementation and maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL / T-SQL, including complex query development, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in data modeling and Data Warehouse concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in data integration and transformation across multiple data sources.
- Experience developing and maintaining reporting and BI solutions.
- Proven experience working closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand and deliver analytics requirements.
- Advanced Life Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
