Strategy & Operations Associate / Manager (Vertical AI B2B - Hybrid)

Momos is building AI agents for unforgettable hospitality. Our agents power the end-to-end guest experience for some of the largest hospitality brands in the world, including Burger King and Popeyes—helping them understand their guests, resolve issues, strengthen relationships, and improve operations across thousands of locations.

About The Role

We are looking for a heat-seeking missile for pain.

This is not a role with a neat box around it. You will go wherever the company's hardest and most important problems are, figure out what is actually happening, and help solve them.

One month, you might launch a new operating process or help us enter a market. The next, you might diagnose why a key metric is underperforming, build the business case for a new initiative, unblock a cross-functional project, or turn a messy spreadsheet and five competing opinions into a clear decision.

You do not need to come from one specific background. You might be an ex-consultant, banker, business analyst, product manager, startup operator, or simply an unusually capable generalist. We care less about the label on your previous job than whether you can think clearly, learn quickly, use AI fluently, and take complete ownership of difficult problems.

This role is for someone who wants to eat, sleep, and breathe startups—not someone looking for a predictable lane or a perfectly defined job description.

What You'll Do

• Find the highest-impact problems across the company and drive them through to resolution
• Break ambiguous questions into structured analyses, clear recommendations, and executable plans
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning product, go-to-market, finance, customer operations, and international expansion
• Build the models, dashboards, processes, and operating rhythms needed to help Momos scale
• Work closely with company leadership to evaluate opportunities and make important decisions
• Use AI aggressively to research, analyze, automate, prototype, and move faster
• Step into operational gaps when something important does not yet have a clear owner

Experience

• Associate: 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or private equity, a business or product analyst role, or an operating role at a high-growth startup
• Manager: 4-6 years in the same backgrounds, with a track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end and presenting directly to senior leadership — not just supporting someone else's initiative

• Strong written and spoken English
• Advanced Excel, plus working comfort with at least one data/BI tool (SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in day-to-day work — research, analysis, automation, or prototyping
• Strong analytical thinking combined with a bias toward action

• You communicate clearly and can bring structure to people with different perspectives
• You learn unusually quickly and do not need extensive instructions before getting started

• You are genuinely excited about AI and already use it to improve how you think and work
• You want to build in person alongside an ambitious team in Vietnam
• You have experience in consulting, banking, business analysis, product, operations, or a high-growth startup—or can demonstrate equivalent horsepower through another path

Within your first year, you will have solved several problems that materially changed how Momos operates or grows. You will become someone leadership and teams trust with the company's most important, ambiguous, and cross-functional challenges.

The scope and level of the role—Associate or Manager—will be calibrated to the experience and capabilities of the person we hire.
