Are you an experienced Finance Manager with strong knowledge of German accounting and taxation regulations? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded finance professional to lead our financial operations, provide strategic insight, and support business growth.

The Opportunity

As Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Managing Director and collaborate closely with the Senior Group Finance Officer. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, accounting operations, controls, forecasting, and financial analysis while leading and developing the accounting team

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely corporate financial statements
• Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Conduct budget-to-actual analysis and periodic financial audits
• Prepare financial forecasts and cash flow reporting
• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll summaries, and general ledger activities
• Produce monthly management reports and financial reconciliations
• Provide financial insight and recommendations to executive leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance and profitability

About You

We are looking for a finance professional who combines technical excellence with strong leadership capabilities.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and accounting roles, or a relevant Master's degree with at least 5 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of German accounting and taxation regulations
• Experience using DATEV and other accounting systems
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reporting, and team performance
