Actuarial Manager 高级精算经理

AIA Actuarial Shared Services Centre (ASSC)locates in Technology Shared Service (TSS/AIAIT Guangzhou), which is subsidiary of AIA, ASSC functionally reports to AIA Group Actuarial Department and support AIA Group, AIA Reinsurance and AIA local business units on Actuarial, its services cover but not limit to, NB coding, year-end assumption, Promise model development and maintenance, IFRS/HK STAT reporting, Dynamic Solvency Test, Economic Capital, Promise Pricing, Stress Capital in ALS, AU Pricing support, AIA Reinsurance report, actuarial new initiatives(Projects) from GO office, and also resource secondment to AIA GO and local business units with on-site working. AIA Promise Modelis centralized and optimized Actuarial model for all AIA business units and various actuarial calculations, it’s based on Prophet and with a comprehensive governance, it performs runs using Prophet Enterprise on Cloud. 职责描述：

• Perform assignments from group office and local offices and deliver quality services within deadlines.
• Lead the project activities, manage the project progressand resource, and regularly report to senior management.
• Assist and take leader on either of these functionsto AIA GO office or AIA Local Business unitsasbusiness need:
• Regular Prophet(AIA Promise Model)Model development and maintenance
• IFRS reporting standardization
• EV/VONB reporting standardization
• HK RBC test and implementation
• IFRS17 test and implementation
• Bermuda reporting
• International Capital Solvency reporting
• Ability to solve the business issues by providing effective solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to junior colleagues, and AIA regional colleagues. 任职要求：
• University graduate with a major in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics;
• Associated actuary or close to associated actuary;
• Solid actuarial technical knowledge with at least 5years of relevant experience in the area of Pricing or Financial reporting;
• Solid actuarial system development skills and experience (preferably with Prophet)2
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Strong team player, strong project management and communication skills;
• Strong conceptual and Prophet system development skills;
• The job level will be depending on the actual experience and qualification.
