Position Summary

The Vice President of Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for aligning and optimizing operations across Human Resources, Marketing, Product, Project Management, and Professional Services while driving the execution of the company's strategic plan. The VP of Operations will build scalable processes, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure business operations support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide operations strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals.
• Drive day-to-day business operations while partnering with the CEO on company strategy.
• Align and optimize cross-functional operations across HR, Marketing, Product, Project Management, and Professional Services.
• Implement scalable operational frameworks, policies, systems, and processes to support growth and efficiency.
• Improve workflows, organizational infrastructure, and overall business performance.
• Develop operational metrics and reporting to drive accountability and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field required.
• Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of operational leadership experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong background in business operations, systems oversight, workflow improvements, and organizational infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
