Business Analyst

Must-Haves:

• 2-4 Years of experience as a Business Analyst

*Bachelor's Degree in related field. BA, IT, Economics, etc.

• MySQL and Excel proficiency - Writing Queries + Building Dashboards

• Need to understand how to query from SQL navigate data architecture warehouse, background with Power BI products

• Experience in data visualization tools such as Power Bi or Tableau

• Strong Communication Skills

Plusses:

• Healthcare/Hospital experience

• RPA/Automation/AI exposure - Building Agents

• Certification in quality improvement, business analytics, business intelligence, or data science

• Master's degree

• Background in consulting

• CAPM/Scrum master

Day-to-Day:

**Working with Clinical Pharmacy team (corporate)

• Partner with clinical and operational teams to define, track, and report performance

Metrics

• Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities and provide insights to leadership

• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reports (clinical, operational, financial)

• Manage and prepare data from multiple sources for reporting and analysis

• Support system‑wide quality improvement and strategic decision‑making

• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to enhance analytic products
