Job Title: Data Modeler

Location: Dayton, FL (Onsite)



Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in Enterprise Data Modelling, Databricks Lakehouse, and Azure Data Platforms. Insurance domain experience is highly preferred. The candidate will design scalable conceptual, logical, and physical data models supporting data modernization, analytics, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Conceptual, Logical, and Physical Data Modeling.
  • Experience designing models for Databricks Lakehouse Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers.
  • Expertise in Dimensional Modeling, Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, and Data Vault.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, Delta Lake, and Spark.
  • Experience with Source-to-Target Mapping, Data Lineage, and Data Quality.
  • Advanced SQL and Data Analysis skills.
  • Experience with large-scale Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Data Modernization programs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable data models while working with Business Analysts, Data Architects,
