Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Fresher Full Stack Developers who have completed a recognized Full Stack Development certification and are eager to begin their career in software development. The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, hands-on exposure through academic, certification, internship, or personal projects, and a willingness to learn and contribute to real-world products.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web application features using React and Node.js under senior developer guidance
• Build responsive user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MySQL databases (queries, data models, CRUD operations)
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and developers
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and issue resolution
• Use Git for source-code management and collaboration
• Support integration between backend services and web/mobile applications
• Document code, APIs, and development work
• Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and practices

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates are welcome
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field
• Full Stack Development certification is mandatory
• At least one full stack project completed (certification, internship, academics, or personal)
• Internship or practical project exposure preferred

Required Skills

• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and Express.js
• Understanding of relational databases (MySQL)
• Basic knowledge of REST APIs and client-server architecture
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Strong programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem-solving ability
• Ability to debug basic frontend and backend issues
• Good communication skills and teamwork
• Strong learning attitude, ownership, and attention to detail

Preferred / Added Advantage

• Exposure to TypeScript
• Knowledge of MongoDB or Firebase
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, Docker, deployment processes
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Exposure to mobile application backend integration
• Participation in hackathons, coding challenges, open-source projects
• Passion for health, fitness, and consumer-focused digital products

Certification Requirement

Candidates must have completed a Full Stack Development certification from a recognized training institute, learning platform, university, or equivalent program. The certification should include practical exposure to frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and project development.
