About the Opportunity
Ferretti Search is partnering with a growing organization to identify a hands-on Accounting & Finance Director to lead its day-to-day accounting function while providing meaningful financial analysis and business partnership to leadership.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of Accounting and FP&A. Approximately 60% of the position will focus on accounting and financial reporting, with the remaining 40% centered around forecasting, analysis, reporting, and helping leadership better understand what is driving business performance.
The ideal candidate is technically strong enough to own the close and accounting function but also analytical and commercially minded enough to move beyond simply reporting the numbers. This individual will have an opportunity to improve processes, enhance reporting, leverage technology, and help build a more scalable finance organization as the company continues to grow.

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a strong accounting leader who also thinks like an FP&A professional and business partner. This person can confidently own the close, ensure financial reporting is accurate, and dive into the details when necessary—but doesn't stop there.
They are naturally curious about why the numbers are moving, understand the operational drivers behind financial performance, and can communicate those insights effectively to leadership.
Most importantly, this individual will bring a builder mentality—someone who enjoys improving processes, creating efficiencies, leveraging technology, and helping develop an accounting and finance function capable of supporting continued growth.
