About the Company

A software company is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of FP&A to lead financial operations, FP&A, and reporting for a dynamic, multi-entity organization. This highly visible leadership role partners closely with executive leadership to drive financial performance, support growth initiatives, and deliver actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A functions across 15+ entities
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
• Deliver consolidated financials, executive reporting, and strategic insights
• Build and maintain financial models to support key business decisions and growth initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to drive profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance & accounting leadership experience
• Strong expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and multi-entity reporting
• Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and present financial insights
• Experience managing teams, complex organizations, and banking relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA a plus)
