£90,000 - £110,000 + bonus

Remote first opportunity. Onboarding process requires 3 days per week in the Yorkshire office, then fully remote.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior analytics leader to shape and scale a data-driven function within a well-established organisation. You will lead the data and insights strategy, influence commercial decision-making, and help drive growth through advanced analytics, customer intelligence, and marketing effectiveness.

The Role

You will be responsible for leading the organisation's analytics and insight capability, ensuring high-quality data informs strategic and operational decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and delivering the data analytics and customer insight strategy
• Developing customer segmentation models and data-led marketing approaches
• Leading customer, market, and performance analysis to support business growth
• Delivering actionable insights around customer behaviour, retention, acquisition, and lifecycle performance
• Building and maintaining reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance measurement tools
• Overseeing data enrichment and data quality initiatives
• Producing compliant, high-quality datasets to support marketing, sales, and lead generation activity
• Managing and developing a team of analytics and insight professionals
• Partnering with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, operations, customer teams, and technology functions
• Promoting data literacy, self-service analytics, and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership experience within data analytics, business intelligence, customer insight, or marketing analytics
• Proven track record of delivering commercially focused analytics programmes
• Experience developing customer segmentation, targeting, and CRM data strategies
• Strong knowledge of campaign analytics and lead generation performance measurement
• Advanced experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Power BI
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics, or HubSpot
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within a commercial B2B environment would be advantageous
