We're partnered with a well-established, consumer-facing business seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics to lead a multifunctional data team and act as a strategic partner to senior business leadership.

This is a genuine business-facing data leadership role, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing stakeholder influence, team leadership, and hands-on analytical problem solving.

What you'll do

• Lead a team spanning analytics, BI/reporting, and data engineering capabilities

• Partner with senior commercial, operational, and finance stakeholders

• Own prioritisation, roadmap planning, and delivery across a diverse portfolio of data initiatives

• Drive decision-making through insight, reporting, and analytical problem solving

• Improve data quality, reporting capability, and business adoption of analytics

• Help shape future capabilities across AI, predictive analytics, and modern data products

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in Analytics, BI, Data Science, or related disciplines

• Prior people leadership experience

• Experience owning broad analytics scope rather than a narrow specialist function

• Strong SQL and modern BI tooling experience (Looker, Omni, or similar)

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities

• Comfortable operating as both leader and player-coach

Nice to have

• Retail, ecommerce, subscription, consumer, or other data-rich business experience

• Snowflake, dbt, or Python exposure

• Experience leading mixed analytics and engineering teams
