Senior Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Accountant with experience in the construction and/or real estate industry client. This role will be responsible for supporting month-end close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, and project-related accounting activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of GAAP, experience working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
• Work closely with team members to assist with the month-end close
• Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
• Research and analyze expense variances for company management

Qualifications

• 4+ years' of professional accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
• CPA preferred but not required
