Controller

We're partnering with a fast-growing, multi-location organization in the construction and home services industry to hire a Controller / Director of Finance who will lead both the accounting and strategic finance functions for a $67M business.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity reporting directly to executive leadership and partnering with ownership to drive financial strategy, improve operations, and build the infrastructure needed for continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Lead all accounting operations including financial reporting, close process, controls, and compliance.

• Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, banking relationships, and executive reporting.

• Develop dashboards and KPIs that help ownership make better business decisions.

• Improve systems, processes, and reporting as the company continues to scale.

• Lead and develop the accounting team while partnering closely with operations.

We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years leading finance for a company with $30M-$150M in annual revenue

✔ Experience in construction, pool & spa, home services, specialty trades, field services, distribution, or multi-location/franchise operations

✔ Strong background in accounting, FP&A, cash management, and multi-entity financial reporting

✔ Experience with job costing, WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion accounting, and ERP systems is highly preferred

✔ CPA and/or Accounting or Finance degree strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits

$160K-$220K base salary (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus 15-30% annual performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and excellent medical, dental, and vision coverage.
