About the Opportunity

Innovation Trust Bank International (ITBI) is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and operations across the ITBI Group. This is a high-impact leadership role for a hands-on finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

As Finance Manager, you will own the complete accounting function — from budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to financial reporting and variance analysis — while driving strategic financial planning and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

What You'll Do

• Lead the accounting function: Oversee daily accounting operations including AP, AR, intercompany ledgers, and general ledger reconciliations across multiple entities.
• Own financial reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual statements; analyze trends and variances to deliver actionable insights to senior management.
• Drive planning and forecasting: Support the annual budgeting process, monitor budget performance, and provide forecasts that guide operational decisions and capital allocation.
• Manage close and compliance: Oversee month-end/quarter-end close, P&L management, GAAP compliance, intercompany transactions, and entity reconciliation.
• Strengthen internal controls: Implement and monitor controls that safeguard financial data integrity; develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Be the face of Finance externally: Serve as primary point of contact for external auditors and liaison with external accounting firms for tax filings and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and develop the team: Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
• Partner across the business: Provide financial insights to non-financial teams, supporting project budgets, resource allocation, cost-control initiatives, and system enhancements.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with advanced coursework in accounting, finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or finance, with strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial analysis.
• Deep technical accounting expertise, including revenue recognition for complex transactions.
• Strategic leadership skills combined with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute hands-on.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of delivering actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with resilience and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
