About the Role
This operations role sits within Uber for Business - one of Uber's fastest growing business units in terms of topline performance. Within this org, you'll join the founding team responsible for building and scaling Catering. Catering is an exciting strategic priority across both Uber for Business and the Delivery organization as a whole, changing the ways in which consumers and business customers use UberEats.
Working alongside the U4B Head of Catering, you'll play a central role in turning the new product's strategy into scalable execution across the Globe. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Sales, Operations, Strategy and Analytics, you'll help define how Catering scales from a small pilot product into a core part of Uber's business.
What You'll Do
- Voice of Customer Programs: Build and operationalize processes to systematically collect, synthesize, apply a strategic prioritization perspective, and then communicate the perspective to Product and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Operational Program Execution: Support cross-functional initiatives and product launches by driving operational readiness, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring key milestones are delivered.
- Sales Enablement: Translate product strategy into clear, actionable guidance for our U4B Sales organization through training, playbooks, enablement materials, and ongoing communications.
- Data & Insights: Build reporting, perform analyses, and generate insights that help evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and inform strategic recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure strong alignment and execution across initiatives.
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with enterprise customer needs, sales enablement, and go-to-market motions
- Comfortability with basic Uber-preferred AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude/Cortana
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to continuously re-evaluate priorities, balance competing workstreams, and drive execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment
